OM2OM — is a mutual support platform in Moldova where individuals, companies and organizations can show what matters to them, find like-minded people and turn ideas into real action together.

On OM2OM, you can:

• create a project and find the support you need;
• support a project with money, goods, resources, knowledge, time or personal involvement;
• offer help if you are ready to share resources, knowledge, services or other opportunities;
• find people and organizations who care about the same things you do.

The platform offers three main types of support: financial, physical and material support.

The separate “Offer Help” section allows individuals, companies and organizations to publish what they are ready to offer to others.

OM2OM helps you find projects and people who care about the same things you do and choose the way you want to get involved.

Users can:

• financially support projects that matter to them;
• provide goods, materials and other resources;
• contribute their time, knowledge, skills or work;
• find offers of help from individuals, companies and organizations;
• follow the progress of projects and see how an idea turns into a concrete result;
• become part of a community built around ideas and initiatives they care about.

Helping on OM2OM does not have to mean giving money. Sometimes a few hours of work, professional advice, a needed item or simply being willing to participate can be just as valuable to a project.

OM2OM helps project creators show others what matters to them, turn an idea into a clear project and find people who are ready to join in.

Through the platform, a project creator can:

• raise financial support to make the project happen;
• find the goods, materials or other resources the project needs;
• find people willing to contribute their time, knowledge, skills or work;
• connect with like-minded people, partners and organizations that share the project's idea;
• present the project publicly and explain its goals, needs and results;
• bring people together around a specific idea and turn shared interest into action.

Projects on OM2OM can be created by individuals, companies, organizations and other participants who meet the platform's requirements.

The main difference with OM2OM is that supporting a project is not limited to raising money.

On the platform, you can:

• receive financial support — raise funds to make a project happen;
• receive material support — find the goods, materials, equipment and other resources you need;
• receive physical support — find people willing to contribute their time, knowledge, skills or work;
• offer help yourself — individuals, companies and organizations can publish what they are ready to provide to others.

OM2OM is built around a simple idea: everyone has something that matters to them. The platform helps people show it to others and find those who care about the same thing.

That is why OM2OM is more than a funding tool. It is a space where ideas can find the people, resources and opportunities they need to become reality.

Projects on OM2OM may be created by:

• individuals aged 18 or over with full legal capacity;
• teams and initiative groups through a responsible representative;
• companies and other legal entities;
• NGOs, foundations and community organizations;
• state and municipal institutions within the limits of the laws of the Republic of Moldova.

For financial projects, the Project Creator must provide the information and bank details required to receive funds.

Depending on the type and content of the project, OM2OM may request documents confirming the Project Creator's identity, the authority of an organization's representative and the circumstances described in the project.

Projects may be created on OM2OM in almost any lawful field, provided that the project has a clear idea, a specific goal and an expected outcome.

For example:

• culture, music, film, books and art;
• technology and new products;
• education and learning;
• environmental and community improvement initiatives;
• sports and public events;
• social and charitable initiatives;
• development of cities and local communities;
• community and volunteer projects;
• other lawful initiatives.

Support may be financial, material or hands-on.

In addition, in the «Offer Help» section, individuals, companies and organizations can offer financial, material or hands-on support to others.

The idea behind OM2OM is that almost any clear initiative requiring people or resources to make it happen can become a project.

For example:

• publishing a book or music album;
• organizing a festival or community event;
• creating an educational course;
• launching a useful digital service;
• improving a sports ground or playground;
• organizing an environmental initiative;
• collecting goods or equipment for an NGO;
• finding volunteers for a community initiative;
• supporting an animal shelter;
• restoring a public space;
• offering free consultations, goods, materials or other help to people who need it.

The key is to clearly explain what you want to do, why it matters and what kind of support you need.

OM2OM does not publish projects that violate the laws of the Republic of Moldova, platform rules or may cause harm to other people.

In particular, projects are not permitted if they:

• contain knowingly false or misleading information;
• involve fraud or unlawful activity;
• involve investments, loans, securities or promises of financial returns;
• are primarily intended to repay personal debts, loans or mortgages;
• involve political campaigning or financing political parties, candidates or campaigns;
• are intended to raise funds for religious campaigning;
• promote violence, hatred, discrimination, terrorism or criminal activity;
• infringe third-party rights or intellectual property rights;
• create an unjustified risk to people's life, health or property;
• do not clearly explain their purpose or how the support received will be used.

OM2OM also does not publish medical fundraising projects for treatment, diagnostics, surgery, medicines, medical rehabilitation or other medical expenses of a specific individual.

Community, educational, infrastructure and other non-medical initiatives of organizations operating in the health sector may be considered separately.

Every project is moderated before publication.

The required documents depend on the Project Creator, the project type and the nature of the support requested.

OM2OM may request:

• an identity document;
• documents of a legal entity or organization;
• proof of the representative's authority;
• bank details;
• documents supporting the circumstances described in the project;
• estimates, invoices, supplier quotations or other evidence of expected expenses;
• information about the ultimate beneficiary of the support;
• other information objectively necessary to verify the project.

For simple Material Support or volunteer projects, considerably fewer documents may be required.

OM2OM requests only information necessary for moderation, security, payment processing and legal compliance.

OM2OM is a space for cooperation, mutual support and respectful communication.

The following are prohibited:

• insults, threats, harassment and blackmail;
• discrimination and incitement to hatred;
• fraud and intentionally misleading users;
• impersonating another person or organization;
• publishing another person's personal data without a lawful basis;
• violating the rights of other users;
• using the platform for unlawful activities.

In the event of serious or repeated violations, OM2OM may restrict access to certain features, suspend a project or block an account.

When creating a project, the Project Creator selects the type of support needed and the appropriate thematic category.

The main project types are:

• Financial Support — funds are needed;
• Material Support — goods, products, equipment or materials are needed;
• Hands-on Support — people, time, knowledge, skills or volunteer involvement are needed;
• Offer Help — an individual, company or organization offers financial, material or hands-on support to others.

Thematic categories may include culture, education, technology, sports, environment, community initiatives, business, social entrepreneurship, charity and other areas.

If an initiative requires different types of support, separate projects may be created for them.

Charitable Financial Support projects are subject to additional OM2OM verification.

Publication may require:

• the organization's registration documents;
• bank details;
• information about the organization's activities;
• a website, social media profiles or other public sources;
• documents supporting the project purpose and expected expenses.

Medical fundraising for the treatment of specific individuals is not published on OM2OM.

Financial projects in the “Charity” category are subject to a special total OM2OM and payment-aggregator fee of 5.9% of the amount actually raised upon successful completion of the project.

A charity project may use Standard Funding or, subject to OM2OM approval, the «Every Amount Raised Matters» model.

Standard Funding requires at least 50% of the financial goal to be raised. Under the “Every Amount Raised Matters” model, there is no minimum threshold.

Creating and publishing a project on OM2OM is free.

No project-creation fee is charged for Material Support, Hands-on Support or Offer Help projects.

For Financial Support projects, the applicable fee is deducted from the amount actually raised upon successful completion and depends on the selected funding model and fundraising result.

All applicable financial conditions and fees are shown to the Project Creator before publication.

The total OM2OM and payment-aggregator fee depends on the project's funding model.

Standard Funding

• less than 50% of the goal — the project is unsuccessful, the fee is 0%, and funds are returned to participants' OM2OM Wallets;
• 50% to 99.9% — the fee is 15% of the amount actually raised;
• 100% or more — the fee is 10% of the amount actually raised.

“Every Amount Raised Matters”

If this model was selected before publication and approved by OM2OM, no minimum threshold applies.

The Project Creator receives the amount actually raised regardless of the percentage of the goal achieved. The total fee is 10%.

Charity

For Financial Support projects in the “Charity” category, the total fee is 5.9%.

If Standard Funding is used and less than 50% is raised, the project is unsuccessful and no fee is charged. If the “Every Amount Raised Matters” model has been approved, no minimum threshold applies.

Important: fees do not include taxes or other mandatory payments owed by the Project Creator. The Project Creator is independently responsible for determining and fulfilling their tax and accounting obligations.

It depends on the funding model selected before publication.

Standard Funding

A project successfully completes fundraising if it raises at least 50% of its stated financial goal.

If less than 50% is raised, funds are not transferred to the Project Creator. They are returned to participants' OM2OM Wallets and no fee is charged.

“Every Amount Raised Matters”

For certain projects, the Project Creator may select the “Every Amount Raised Matters” model in advance.

Under this model there is no minimum threshold: the Project Creator receives the amount actually raised regardless of the percentage of the financial goal achieved.

The model must be approved by OM2OM during moderation and clearly displayed on the project page before fundraising begins.

The Project Creator must also explain how the funds will be used if the original financial goal is only partially achieved.

OM2OM reviews such projects under the same general rules as other projects and in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Moldova.

Sexual orientation or gender identity as a subject is not, by itself, a separate ground for refusing publication.

The same platform rules apply to all projects: materials must not contain unlawful content, threats, harassment, calls for violence, discrimination or incitement to hatred.

Where materials are intended for minors or may be accessible to minors, OM2OM also takes applicable child-protection requirements into account and may apply appropriate access restrictions.

1. Sign in and select “Create Project”.
2. Choose the project type: Financial Support, Material Support, Hands-on Support or Offer Help.
3. Select the appropriate thematic category.
4. Describe your idea, goal and expected outcome.
5. Specify the money, goods, resources or participation you need.
6. For a Financial Support project, select an available funding model.
7. Add photographs, videos and supporting materials.
8. Add rewards if you wish to offer them.
9. Review the information and submit the project for moderation.

OM2OM may request additional information or documents.

After successful moderation, the project is published and you can share its link and invite people to participate.

A good description should answer a few simple questions: who are you, what do you want to achieve, why does it matter, what support do you need and what will the result be?

Recommended structure:

• a short and clear title;
• information about the Project Creator or team;
• the project's idea and specific goal;
• the problem or opportunity the project addresses;
• an action plan;
• the required amount, materials or number of participants;
• an explanation of how the resources received will be used;
• timelines and key stages;
• photos, videos, documents or links that increase trust;
• rewards and the conditions for receiving them, if applicable.

If you use the “Every Amount Raised Matters” model, make sure to explain what you will still be able to accomplish if the financial goal is only partially reached.

After receiving support, the Project Creator must keep participants informed about the project's progress and results in accordance with OM2OM rules.

A reward is an optional way to thank a participant for supporting a project.

The Project Creator decides whether to offer rewards and what amount or type of support is required for each reward.

Examples include:

• a letter or personal thank-you;
• a souvenir, notebook or project merchandise;
• a product or outcome of the project;
• public acknowledgement;
• a meeting, consultation or tour;
• participation in the creation process;
• access to special materials or content.

Rewards may be offered not only for Financial Support but also in Material Support and Hands-on Support projects.

The Project Creator specifies the number of rewards, the amount or type of support required, the expected availability date, the method of receipt — for example, pickup or delivery — and other relevant conditions.

Rewards may not include cash payments, interest, profit, dividends, investment instruments, goods or services prohibited by law, alcohol or tobacco products, or goods and services for which the Project Creator does not hold the required permits or licenses.

A reward is not an investment and does not promise a financial return to the participant.

State and municipal institutions may participate in OM2OM within the limits of their lawful authority.

For example, local institutions and organizations may create projects for:

• improving public spaces;
• developing cultural and sports facilities;
• organizing community events;
• environmental initiatives;
• educational and social projects;
• attracting material support or volunteers.

Before publication, OM2OM may request the institution's documents and proof of the representative's authority.

If a competent public authority lawfully requests information from OM2OM, the platform provides information only to the extent and in the manner required by the laws of the Republic of Moldova.

On OM2OM, you can provide financial, material, or physical assistance, depending on the type of project and the author's needs.

Financial assistance

1. Choose the project you want to support.
2. Enter the amount of your contribution.
3. If rewards are available, select the appropriate reward.
4. Complete the payment using one of the payment methods available on the platform.

If you already have funds in your OM2OM wallet, you can use them to support projects.

Material assistance

If a project needs goods, materials, equipment, or other resources, you can offer the required material assistance through the project page.

Physical assistance

If a project needs volunteers or direct participation from other people, you can submit an application to provide physical assistance.

Important: available forms of assistance and participation conditions are specified on each project's page.

Yes. Financial support is not the only way to help a project on OM2OM.

You can:

• share the project on social media;
• tell friends, acquaintances, or colleagues about it;
• share the project in relevant communities;
• offer goods, materials, equipment, or other resources;
• offer your professional skills or services;
• volunteer if the project provides an option for physical assistance.

Even a simple share can help a project reach people who are ready to support it.

Important: the possibility of providing material or physical assistance depends on the conditions of each project.

If your question concerns the project's content, goals, deadlines, rewards, or other conditions, we recommend contacting the project author first.

Please include the project name and clearly describe your question or issue. If your request concerns a payment or order, include the relevant number.

If you selected a reward when supporting a project, information about the reward and its current status will be available in your personal account.

The method of receiving the reward depends on the conditions of the project. It may include:

• delivery;
• pickup;
• a digital reward;
• another method specified by the project author.

Estimated timing and conditions are specified on the project page or in the reward description.

The project author is responsible for preparing and providing the promised reward in accordance with the published conditions.

Important: if your contact details or delivery address change, make sure to update them before the reward is shipped.

For questions regarding order status or the operation of the platform, contact support at support@om2om.md.

Yes. When financially supporting a project, you can select the anonymous participation option if this feature is available.

In this case, your name will not be publicly displayed among the project's participants.

You can also use a nickname as your public name when registering.

Important: anonymity applies only to the public display of information. OM2OM and payment services may process information required to process payments, comply with legal requirements, protect the platform, and prevent abuse.

If you select a reward, the recipient's name, address, phone number, or other necessary information may still be required.

1. Sign in to your OM2OM account.
2. Go to the “Wallet” or “Balance” section.
3. Click “Add funds”.
4. Enter the desired amount.
5. Select one of the available payment methods.
6. Confirm the payment.

Once the transaction has been successfully processed, the funds will appear in your OM2OM wallet.

Funds in your wallet can be used to support projects on the platform.

If the amount was charged but your balance was not updated, do not immediately make another payment. Check the transaction status and, if necessary, contact support at support@om2om.md.

To financially support a project, select the amount or reward and proceed to payment.

OM2OM may offer:

• bank card payments;
• payments using your OM2OM wallet balance;
• other payment methods connected to the platform.

Currently available payment methods are displayed directly on the payment page.

When paying by bank card, your bank may require additional transaction verification.

If your payment fails

• check that the information entered is correct;
• make sure there are sufficient funds on your card;
• check whether online payments are enabled;
• do not repeat the payment several times if the status of the previous transaction is still unknown.

Refund conditions depend on the type of project, the funding model selected, and the reason for the refund.

If a standard financial project raises less than 50% of its goal

The project is considered unsuccessful. The author does not receive the collected funds, and the amount of your financial support is returned to your OM2OM wallet.

No OM2OM commission is charged in this case.

If the project raises 50% or more of its goal

The project is considered successfully completed under OM2OM rules. Therefore, support is not automatically refunded simply because the project did not reach 100% of its goal.

“Every amount raised matters” model

Projects published under this model have no minimum funding threshold. The author receives the amount actually raised, so funds are not refunded solely because the project did not reach its stated goal.

Funds returned to your wallet

If funds have been returned to your OM2OM wallet, you can use them to support another project or use the available withdrawal option in accordance with the platform rules.

Who can see the amount of my support?

Information about your contribution is available to you in your personal account, to the project author, and to OM2OM administration to the extent necessary for operating the platform, maintaining records, and fulfilling obligations.

If you choose anonymous support, your name will not be publicly displayed among the project's participants.

Can I choose any amount?

If the project does not specify a fixed amount or minimum contribution, you can choose the amount of financial support yourself.

To receive a specific reward, you must contribute at least the amount specified for that reward.

Can I change the amount after payment?

Once a payment has been confirmed, the amount of that transaction cannot be changed. If you want to provide additional support, you can make another contribution to the project.

Where can I view my support history?

Information about your payments, supported projects, and selected rewards is available in the relevant sections of your personal account.

Does the participant pay a commission?

OM2OM commissions related to project fundraising are applied according to the platform rules and the applicable funding model. Before confirming a payment, the participant can see the amount they will pay.

Do I have to pay taxes on my contribution?

Tax consequences depend on the nature of the transaction, the participant's status, and applicable legislation. OM2OM does not provide individual tax advice.

If you need to determine the tax consequences of a specific transaction, we recommend consulting a qualified accountant or tax adviser.

OM2OM Special Projects are customized campaigns created together with companies, brands, organizations, and other partners.

Unlike standard projects on the platform, a special project can have its own mechanics, design, participation terms, promotional strategy, and additional features.

A special project can be created for:

• launching a new product or service;
• organizing pre-orders and testing market demand;
• a social or charitable initiative;
• a corporate or CSR initiative;
• a joint campaign between a brand and a community;
• an informational or public initiative;
• another non-standard format that can be implemented using OM2OM.

The format and terms of each special project are discussed individually with the OM2OM team.

A special project allows a brand not only to communicate its message but also to actively involve its audience in a specific initiative.

Depending on the company's objectives, a special project can help:

• increase brand awareness;
• reach new audiences;
• test demand for a product or idea before a larger launch;
• organize pre-orders;
• attract early customers and product advocates;
• increase audience engagement and loyalty;
• implement social, charitable, or CSR initiatives;
• bring customers, partners, and communities together around a project.

The mechanics of each special project are developed according to the brand's objectives, target audience, and expected results.

The cost of developing a special project starts from USD 500.

The final cost is calculated individually and depends on the project's objectives and scope.

The cost may depend on:

• the complexity of the project mechanics;
• custom design and development requirements;
• the amount of content to be created;
• required technical integrations;
• preparation and launch deadlines;
• the scope and channels of promotion;
• additional services provided by the OM2OM team.

After discussing your objectives, the OM2OM team will propose an appropriate format and calculate the project cost.

The OM2OM team will review your request and propose a suitable format, project mechanics, and a possible launch plan.

If you only have an idea and do not yet have a complete concept, that is not a problem. We can discuss possible implementation options together.

Yes. Cooperation with OM2OM does not necessarily require a direct financial contribution.

Companies, brands, and organizations can offer other forms of partnership and resource-based support.

For example:

• products or materials for projects;
• discounts, bonuses, and promo codes for OM2OM users;
• rewards for project participants;
• professional services;
• logistics support;
• venues, equipment, or other resources;
• informational and media support;
• joint social or community initiatives.

Each proposal is reviewed individually, taking into account the value it can provide to projects, participants, and the OM2OM community.

“Providing Help” is a project format in which the author, company, or organization does not collect funds or resources, but instead provides assistance to others.

Assistance can be provided in different forms:

• financial assistance;
• material assistance — goods, equipment, supplies, or other resources;
• physical assistance — participation of specialists, employees, or volunteers;
• services, consultations, training, or workshops;
• other forms of support specified in the project terms.

The project page specifies the conditions for receiving assistance, its scope, deadlines, participant requirements, and the application procedure.

This format is suitable for private initiatives, companies, foundations, public organizations, and other participants who want to provide specific assistance to individuals or communities.

Companies, organizations, and other partners can use the “Providing Help” format to implement their own social, charitable, or community initiatives.

Possible forms of participation:

• financial assistance — allocating a specific amount and defining the conditions for receiving it;
• material assistance — providing products, equipment, goods, or other resources;
• physical assistance — involving employees, specialists, or volunteers;
• services and expertise — consultations, training, workshops, or professional support;
• a percentage of sales — directing part of the revenue from a specific product, service, or campaign to support an initiative.

The participation conditions, amount of assistance, beneficiary selection criteria, and deadlines are determined by the project author and published on the project page.

To launch a project in the “Providing Help” format, you first need to define what kind of assistance you are ready to provide, who can receive it, and under what conditions.

Before creating the project, prepare:

• a description of the assistance you are offering;
• the category of potential beneficiaries;
• the amount or quantity of assistance available;
• the conditions and eligibility criteria;
• the project duration;
• the method of providing the assistance;
• if necessary, documents, images, and other supporting information.

Then create the project on OM2OM, complete the required information, and submit it for moderation.

Once reviewed and approved, the project will be published and users will be able to review the conditions and apply for assistance if the project includes an application mechanism.

Projects on OM2OM can be supported in more ways than just financially. You can choose the form of assistance that suits you best.

Individuals can:

• provide one-time or recurring financial support, if available for the project;
• provide goods, materials, or other necessary resources;
• contribute their time, knowledge, and professional skills;
• participate in projects as volunteers;
• share information about projects and help attract other participants.

Allocating 2% of income tax

In Moldova, individuals who meet the conditions established by law may allocate 2% of their calculated annual income tax to an organization included in the official list of beneficiaries of the percentage designation mechanism.

To do this, the fiscal identification number (IDNO)  FUNDATIA OM2OM — 1022620010749 of the selected organization must be indicated when submitting the income tax declaration within the established deadline.

Important: eligibility for the 2% mechanism, declaration deadlines, and the list of eligible organizations are determined by the applicable legislation of the Republic of Moldova. Before submitting a declaration, we recommend checking the latest information from the State Tax Service and the official list of beneficiaries.

Companies can participate in OM2OM projects as donors, partners, sponsors, or resource providers.

Possible forms of participation include:

• financial support — one-time or recurring funding of selected projects;
• material assistance — products, equipment, materials, and other resources;
• professional assistance — services, expertise, or consultations;
• corporate volunteering — involving employees in social initiatives;
• a percentage of sales — directing part of the revenue from a product, service, or campaign to a project;
• partnership and sponsorship — participation in special projects and joint OM2OM initiatives.

The cooperation format can be developed individually according to the company's objectives and the selected initiative.

Non-governmental organizations can use OM2OM both to support existing projects and to implement their own initiatives.

NGOs can:

• provide financial support to projects;
• provide material assistance and other resources;
• create and launch their own projects;
• attract volunteers and participants;

• become partners in social and charitable campaigns;
• collaborate with businesses, communities, and other organizations on joint initiatives.

Public and local government institutions can participate in OM2OM social and community initiatives within their legal authority and in accordance with applicable legislation.

Possible forms of cooperation include:

• participation in social and community projects;
• informational support for initiatives;
• providing infrastructure, premises, or other available resources;
• involving institutional specialists and representatives;
• supporting projects through grants or material and technical resources where permitted by law and internal regulations;
• joint implementation of socially significant initiatives.

You can help by:

• inviting project authors to broadcasts, podcasts, and interviews;
• supporting awareness campaigns;
• participating in events and initiatives as a media partner or volunteer.

Even a single publication can help a project attract new participants, volunteers, partners, or the support it needs.

You can:

• organize joint social and charitable activities;

• create your own projects and initiatives on OM2OM;
