Om2om follows strict rules and operates only within the law. ⚖️ We carefully review all projects to ensure they comply with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova. If a project does not meet these requirements, we suspend it. ❌

Additionally, projects from individuals classified as foreign agents or those under "foreign influence" are temporarily not considered on the platform. 🌍🚫

🔴 The following projects cannot be posted on Om2om:
❌ Projects aimed solely at personal purposes and not at creativity, business, or social assistance.
❌ Projects whose goal is to raise money only for advertising or promotion.
❌ Projects related to politics. 🏛️
❌ Projects that violate moral and ethical standards of society. 🚷
❌ Projects that do not comply with the laws of the Republic of Moldova. ⚖️
❌ Projects already posted on other crowdfunding platforms. 🔄
❌ Projects that do not align with the goals and mission of our service as stated in the Rules. 📜

⚠️ We also reserve the right to deny a project at any stage of fundraising, without the obligation to explain the reason for rejection. 🚫🔍

Before launching a project on Om2om, you will need to sign an agreement that explains how the service will work. The agreement will include the name of your project, the amount you want to raise, and the details for transferring funds. Depending on who is launching the project, the following documents will be required:

• Legal entity: certified copies of registration documents.
• Individual entrepreneur: certified copies of registration certificates.
• Individual: a copy of the passport (pages with personal information and photo, as well as the page with the address of residence) and TIN (if available).
• Individual not a tax resident of RM: certified copies of passport pages (personal data and photo, and page with the residence registration), translated into Russian and notarized.

These steps will help ensure that everything is done correctly and that your project can successfully launch!

❌ Recording and publishing videos or audio that may humiliate someone. 🎥🚫

👥 Every user must follow these rules. If someone violates them, our team 👨‍💻 will decide whether to restrict access to the platform ⛔. Offenders may lose access to the service 🚷. This applies to both regular users and project organizers.

⚠️ We prohibit ❌ misleading others 🧐, offending 😞, threatening ⚡, or violating the rights of other users ⚖️. This rule applies to everyone using the platform, even if you are not registered.

💡 What happens if you break the rules?
If someone breaks the rules, we will try to help resolve the situation 🛠️, but if it happens again, a decision will be made without further warnings 🚨❗.

🔹 The Om2om platform offers 4 types of projects 🎯, each divided into categories 📂 to make navigation easier 🔍. Depending on what you want to raise and for what purpose, the project will be assigned to the appropriate category.

🏢 Who Can Publish Charity Projects?

✅ We accept only projects from specialized non-profit organizations 🏛️ that:

• Have been officially operating for more than two years 📆
• Have published activity reports on their website 📜

🎯 Goals of Charity Fundraising Projects:

🔹 Supporting orphans 👶 and people in difficult life situations 🤝
🔹 Assisting elderly people 👴

🔹 Eliminating the consequences of natural disasters 🌪️

🎁 Special Conditions for Charity Projects on Om2om:

✅ Any collected funds 💰 are transferred to the non-profit organization’s account.
✅ Projects can be extended 🔄 multiple times.
✅ Reduced Om2om platform fee 💵 — only 5.9%!

• This fee is used only to cover operational costs (payment processing, bank, and postal expenses, etc.).

📌 Validation Process for Organizations

💡 If an organization is applying for the first time to post a project on Om2om, we conduct a standard validation process, which takes from 5 to 14 days ⏳.

• Verifying the organization's compliance with declared information 📑
• Confirming the organization’s reliability and reputation ✅
• Om2om reserves the right to refuse an organization to publish a project 🚫

• 🏛️ Certificate of registration as a legal entity
• 📝 Certificate of tax registration at the place of operation
• 📂 Order and decision appointing the head of the organization

• 🏦 Bank account details in doc. format

2️⃣ Electronic links 🔗:

✅ Creating and publishing a project on the Om2om 🌍 website is free 💸.
⚡ In case of successful project completion 🏆, the platform charges only a service fee 💳.

💰 Om2om Commission

✅ No commission is charged ❌💸 for creating projects of the following types:

• 🎁 Material Aid
• 🙋‍♂️ Physical Aid
• 🤲 Providing Aid

📊 Total commission of Om2om and payment aggregators for "💰 Financial Aid" projects:

🔹 10% of the collected funds if the total amount reaches 100% or more of the stated financial goal 📈.
🔹 15% of the collected funds if the amount is between 50% and 99.9% of the stated financial goal 📊.
🔹 0% if the project fails to collect at least 50% of the stated financial goal ❌ (the project is considered unsuccessful 🚫).
🔹 5.9% of the collected funds if the project is placed in the "❤️ Charity" category (regardless of the financial goal).

⚠️ IMPORTANT! The platform commission 💳 does not include taxes levied on individuals or legal entities.
📌 The Project Organizer 🏗️ is responsible for calculating and paying all taxes related to income or profit 💵.

📖 If the Project Organizer is an individual, information about taxes can be found in the Tax Code of the Republic of Moldova 📜, under the "Personal Income Tax" chapter.

🏦 The amount and type of tax for legal entities or individual entrepreneurs 👨‍💼 depend on their taxation system. All tax calculations and payments are handled independently 💼.

💰 Important Information for "Financial Aid" Projects

🔹 If your project raises 50% or more of the stated amount 💵 – it is considered successful 🎉.

• All funds 💰 are transferred to the project creator after deducting the platform fee 💳.

🔹 If the project raises less than 50% ❌, it is considered unsuccessful.

• All funds are refunded to contributors ↩️ in their personal wallets on the platform 🏦.
• The project creator does NOT have to pay any fees 🚫💸.

🔹 For projects in the "❤️ Charity" category:

• They can be extended 🔄 an unlimited number of times until the necessary amount is collected 📊.
• The lowest platform fee applies – only 5.9%! 🏆

⚠️ Important to remember!
📌 Even if your project is successful ✅, taxes 💵 may still apply and must be calculated separately.
📌 If you are unsure 🤔, check the tax regulations 📜 for individuals or organizations in your country 🌍.

Projects on Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity

Projects related to sexual orientation and gender identity are allowed on the platform, provided they comply with the current legislation of the Republic of Moldova.

These topics are not prohibited, and such projects may be published under general conditions. However, they usually receive age restrictions, as many platform users are minors.

According to Moldovan law, the "promotion of non-traditional sexual relationships" among minors is prohibited. Therefore, project content must not include elements that could be interpreted as such.

Promotion may include presenting content in a way that actively engages the audience, exaggerates positive aspects, or manipulates opinions, potentially diverting attention from real issues or serving specific interests.

Additionally, a project may be rejected if its goals or presentation of information create conflict between different social perspectives on sexual orientation or gender identity. This includes attempts to provoke public debates that could lead to restriction of rights or discrimination. Such discussions violate platform rules, which prohibit inciting hatred based on SOGI (Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity) or any other social differences. Similar restrictions apply to projects related to political and religious topics.

At Om2om, we want the projects to be safe and beneficial for everyone. That’s why there are certain topics that cannot be published on the platform.

We do not publish projects if they contain:

❌ Dangerous challenges or calls to risk (for example, anything that may harm health or life).
❌ Drugs, alcohol, gambling (or anything promoting them).
❌ Cruelty and violence (including scenes or descriptions of violence).
❌ Pornography and obscene materials.
❌ Topics related to non-traditional sexual relations (including anything that may violate the law of the Republic of Moldova).
❌ Information about minors who are victims of crimes.

If a project contains any of the above, it will not be published.

We follow the laws of the Republic of Moldova, which protect children from harmful information.

• After clicking the "Submit" 📤 button, your project will be reviewed by our managers 👨‍💻.
• ⏳ This usually takes up to 3 business days 🗓️.
• 🏥 If the project falls under the "Charity" category ❤️, the review may take from 3 to 14 business days.
• If everything is in order ✅, you will sign an agreement 📝, and your project can be launched immediately 🚀! We will agree on the exact date and time 📅⏰.

3️⃣ 🌍 Social Media: Add links 🔗 to your social media 📱 so participants can easily contact you. This is crucial at the beginning of the project because people need to know who is behind it 👀.

4️⃣ 🎯 Project Goal: Explain why you are launching the project 💡 and what you want to achieve 🚀. If you have an interesting story 📖 about how the idea came to you, share it!

5️⃣ 📌 Action Plan: Describe what is needed to make the project a reality 🏗. Explain how the collected money 💰, goods 🎁, or assistance 🤲 will be used.

6️⃣ ⏳ Deadlines: Specify when you plan to complete the project 📅 and when participants will receive their rewards 🎁.

7️⃣ 🎉 Exclusive Rewards: If you have great gifts 🎁 for participants or famous people 🌟 working with you, be sure to mention it!
